Q1: How much does it
cost?
A1: We charge based in how much our 14ft box truck is filled. If we
sell your items, you will receive 30% back! Again, if any of your
items are resold you will be getting some money back! Please call
or Book-Online for our rates
Q2: How does the process
work?
A2: First, give us a call or Book-Online and will send you a request
for more information about your Downsizing, Moving & Storage Needs.
Next, mark all the items you want out of your house or from your yard.
We’ll take care of the rest. Reduce, Resell, Reuse, & Recycle!
Q3: What percentage
of proceeds from resold items do you keep?
A3: Re-sell items are listed with services like eBay and Craigslist
for 30 days, with 30% of the proceeds back to you. $$$$$$! Free money!
At the end of the 30-day posting period, unsold items will be donated.
Q4: What charities do
you donate unsold items to?
A4: That’s up to you — we have a list of charities that you can pick
from. CharityNavigator.org is a good site to find out more information
about your favorite charity.
Q5: What do you do with
items that can’t be sold or donated?
A5: Any items unsold after 30 days will be broken down to recycle
every last bit we can. What little is left – and we strive to have
nothing left when possible – will be disposed of properly.
Q6: What are your hours?
A6: 1855RecJunk.com - Cape & Islands Recycles, your
Downsizing, Moving & Storage Needs. That’s why we offer extended
hours. Our first available service call is 6:00 am, and our last available
is at 9:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. And we are available Sunday
after 12:00 pm.
